Sales Advisor – Water & Waste (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking a confident Sales Advisor to join our growing utilities sales team in Peterlee. You will sell water and waste services to small and medium‑sized businesses, receive full training, and benefit from uncapped commission and clear career progression.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound calls to business owners and decision‑makers.
• Sell water and waste services, identifying customer needs and recommending suitable solutions.
• Handle objections, close sales and manage your own sales pipeline.
• Build rapport, develop strong relationships and work towards exceeding sales targets.

Required profile

• 12+ months of outbound B2B sales experience with a proven track record of meeting targets.
• Confident telephone manner and strong objection‑handling skills.
• Resilient, motivated by results and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication, organisation and time‑management abilities.

• Base salary £26,678–£29,987 per year plus uncapped commission (OTE £40K+).
