Sales Analyst

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic, analytical, and commercial problem‑solver to join our Data Services team within the Risk division of RELX. As a Sales Analyst you will work cross‑functionally with Sales, Finance and other stakeholders to improve the productivity of the sales organisation through data‑driven insights.

Key responsibilities

• Support the business through data analysis and research.
• Generate and maintain data insights covering the sales pipeline and closed deals.
• Create documentation of data processes and dependencies.
• Conduct data review, verification and timely correction of issues.
• Provide data‑literacy support to non‑technical teams such as Sales and Customer Success.
• Resolve basic data issues and guide data source owners.

Required profile

• Excellent data literacy, communication and interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability and desire to learn new processes, tools and technologies.
• Strong proofreading ability to link facts into meaningful conclusions.
• Proficiency with data transformation and analysis tools.
• Detail‑oriented, data‑driven and strong analytical capabilities.
