Sales and Lettings Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales and Lettings Manager to lead both divisions of a well‑established independent agency in Shoreditch, London. Reporting to the Directors, you will have full autonomy to build a high‑performing team and drive revenue across prime central and east London.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day office operations, ensuring profitability from sales and lettings services.
• Generate new business, win instructions, and manage the full property transaction cycle from valuation to sale or let.
• Lead, motivate and develop a team of advisors, property managers and coordinators, setting targets and rewarding performance.
• Maintain compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities to increase market share.

Required profile

• Proven experience in both residential sales and lettings within the London market.
• Strong commercial mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Leadership ability to inspire and develop a team.
• Excellent client‑focused communication and relationship‑building skills.

• Competitive base salary of £35,000 with OTE exceeding £70,000, up to £80,000+.
