Sales and Marketing Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Sales & Marketing Assistant to support a growing industrial sales and distribution business. The role blends creative marketing tasks with sales support, offering a broad exposure to both disciplines for an early‑career professional.

Key responsibilities

• Create engaging content for online and offline channels, including website copy, email campaigns, social media posts, newsletters and promotional materials.
• Assist in producing product brochures, presentations, and other sales collateral.
• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and maintain the company’s online presence.
• Coordinate content and logistics for industry events, exhibitions and trade shows.
• Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the Sales Manager and maintain accurate customer and prospect records.
• Research existing and potential customers, update sales opportunities in company systems, and help identify new target markets.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic and proactive attitude with a desire to develop a career across sales and marketing.
• Some previous experience in marketing, sales support, business development or a customer‑facing role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Confident, professional telephone manner.
