Sales and Marketing Assistant

About the role

The Sales and Marketing Assistant will work closely with product, customer, operations and wholesale teams to find new customers, generate business and support sales and marketing activities across the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach new independent retailers and stockists.
• Make outbound calls to introduce the brand to potential customers.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of B2B opportunities.
• Convert prospects into active wholesale accounts.
• Use sales and marketing initiatives to open new geographical areas.
• Analyse gaps in the current customer network and develop strategies to fill them.
• Utilise Shopify, customer data and AI tools to improve prospecting.
• Follow up on new business leads generated through online channels.
• Support B2B sales and marketing campaigns.
• Represent the brand at trade shows and industry events.
• Develop genuine relationships with retailers and commercial partners.
• Assist with broader sales and marketing duties as the brand grows.

Required profile

• Confident and proactive with outbound prospecting.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Commercially minded, curious and eager to start conversations.
• Interest or experience in fashion, retail, lifestyle or e‑commerce.
• Relevant experience in sales, marketing or business development.
