Sales and Marketing Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking an organised and commercially‑minded Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team in Leeds. The role blends proactive internal sales, customer account management and marketing support, offering a fast‑paced environment where no two days are the same.

Key responsibilities

• Contact existing customers to generate repeat business and maximise sales opportunities.
• Analyse purchasing trends to identify upselling chances and re‑engage dormant accounts.
• Build strong relationships with trade customers, providing product advice and excellent service.
• Follow up enquiries, convert leads into sales and support external sales colleagues.
• Prepare quotations and assist customers with pricing and product information.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
• Support marketing campaigns, promotions and new product launches.
• Assist with website updates, digital content and social‑media scheduling.
• Help organise exhibitions, trade events and customer demonstrations.
• Monitor market activity and share insights with the wider team.

Required profile

• Previous experience in the kitchen and bathroom industry (essential).
• Proven background in internal sales, account management or customer service.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Proactive attitude with a passion for generating sales.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Positive, collaborative team player.
