About the role

We are seeking a proactive Sales and Marketing Executive to join a family‑owned agricultural business in North Essex. This hands‑on position offers the chance to develop expertise across sales, digital marketing and content creation while contributing to the company’s ambitious growth plans.

Key responsibilities

• Create and publish listings for tractors, plant and machinery.
• Take high‑quality photographs for marketing materials.
• Maintain and update website content.
• Produce engaging content for social media and digital channels.
• Support the sales function and respond to customer enquiries.
• Manage and develop your own pipeline of leads.
• Take on increasing sales responsibilities as experience grows.

Required profile

• Strong IT skills.
• Confident, enthusiastic and reliable.
• Good communication and people skills.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Team‑oriented approach.
• Photography experience is beneficial.
