Sales and Marketing Support Specialist – Bristol

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Sales and Marketing Support Specialist to join our Bristol office and back‑up the field sales team. You will act as the bridge between sales, distributors and the marketing function, helping to grow existing accounts and generate new business.

Key responsibilities

• Process new sales leads with the field sales representative, prepare quotations and record all customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Track territory revenue against budget, nurture client relationships and identify upsell opportunities.
• Provide dedicated sales support for the top 20 customers and assist the London field sales manager with distributor accounts and new enquiries.
• Maintain the sales CRM database, customer files, quotations and related records.
• Draft and distribute quarterly internal and external newsletters, email campaigns and marketing literature for the Prowrap brand.
• Manage AI‑driven marketing campaigns for existing and prospective customers.
• Coordinate exhibitions, trade events, photo/video shoots and perform basic video editing.
• Oversee LinkedIn and other social‑media activity, working with an external agency on content planning.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a sales support or customer‑service role.
• Strong commercial awareness and strategic planning ability.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
