Sales and Operations Administrator

About the role

Join a leading training provider in North London as a Sales and Operations Administrator. You will act as the bridge between sales, trainers and customers, ensuring smooth daily operations and high‑quality delivery of training courses.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound client calls, log enquiries and provide comprehensive responses.
• Maintain accurate sales and operational data in the company’s CRM and other management systems.
• Process new booking forms, update records and manage scheduling logistics for training sessions.
• Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, directing them to the appropriate department.
• Assist trainers with administrative tasks, communicate schedules to participants and handle rescheduling, cancellations or re‑booking.
• Prepare training rooms, manage end‑of‑day tidy/clean, issue certificates and process post‑course paperwork.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.
• Experience handling customer enquiries and resolving issues.
