Sales and Service Advisor – Insurance

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Sales Advisor to join Arnold Clark Insurance Services in Glasgow. The role involves guiding customers through purchasing, servicing and renewing insurance products while delivering exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to promote and sell insurance products.
• Assist customers with policy changes, renewals and enquiries.
• Enter data accurately across multiple systems and meet quality assurance standards.
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs while maintaining high service standards.
• Liaise with insurance partners to secure the best products and value for customers.

Required profile

• Minimum two years’ experience in an insurance sales or service role.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize workload and work well within a team.
