Sales Assistant (20 hrs/week, Fixed-Term)

About the role

Join the Ryman team as a Sales Assistant, working 20 hours per week on a three‑month fixed‑term contract. You will support store management, drive sales, and represent the brand to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Act as an ambassador for Ryman and the Theo Paphitis Retail Group, sharing product knowledge with customers.
• Handle customer complaints, returns and ensure retention.
• Achieve and exceed KPIs set by store management.
• Engage with customers, identify needs and upsell using strong product knowledge.
• Replenish stock and maintain accuracy of stock systems.
• Maintain high visual merchandising and housekeeping standards.
• Continuously develop product knowledge and recognise sales opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety policies.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
