Sales Assistant - Brighton Store

About the role

Foatasylum, a UK retailer of streetwear and sportswear, is hiring a full-time Sales Assistant for its Brighton store. The role is 37.5 hours per week with rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday, and pays between £8.00 and £12.71 per hour plus a 30% staff discount. The team gives retail colleagues training, support and clear progression.

Key responsibilities

• Style complete outfits for customers, including kicks, layers, accessories and care kits
• Know the products and the brand culture, from heritage drops to new releases, and act as a brand ambassador
• Host launch days, exclusive drops, styling sessions and in-store activations
• Drive sales, hit KPIs and build baskets
• Keep the store visually appealing, with stock locked in and the shop fresh and clean

Required profile

• Familiar with sport and streetwear fashion
• Outgoing, confident and approachable, with a passion for trainers and streetwear
• Flexible for evenings and weekends, and able to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Team player with a growth mindset, open to feedback
• Right to work in the UK; applicants under 18 cannot work past 10pm
