Sales Assistant – Full‑Time Retail

About the role

Footasylum is seeking a full‑time Sales Assistant to join the team at the Trafford Centre. You will be the face of the store, delivering a high‑energy, fashion‑focused shopping experience and representing the brand to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide knowledgeable and enthusiastic service, helping customers discover and purchase streetwear and sportswear.
• Maintain visual standards, ensure stock is organized and displays are on‑brand.
• Drive sales by meeting KPIs, building baskets and promoting new product launches.
• Lead in‑store events, exclusive drops and styling sessions, creating hype and engaging shoppers.
• Stay informed on product details, trends, fabrics and technology to act as a brand ambassador.

Required profile

• Passionate about sport and streetwear fashion, especially trainers.
• Outgoing, confident and approachable with strong communication skills.
• Flexible to work evenings and weekends on rotating shifts.
• Team‑player with a growth mindset, open to feedback and development.
