Sales Assistant – Full‑Time Retail Role in Shoreditch

About the role

Glassworks is looking for an enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join its flagship store in Shoreditch. You will be the front‑line ambassador of the brand, delivering a high‑standard, fashion‑focused customer experience in a fast‑moving boutique environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable service to customers, answering product queries and demonstrating a strong understanding of clothing and jewellery.
• Communicate brand messaging consistently across all customer interactions.
• Assist with stock management: receive deliveries, perform quality checks, flag issues, and help with warehouse transfers.
• Maintain a tidy, well‑organised stock room and support visual merchandising, including mannequin changes.
• Support store management in day‑to‑day operations and ensure punctuality and reliability.

Required profile

• Positive, enthusiastic attitude with a passion for fashion.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
• Ability to work well in a team and support store managers.
• Reliability and punctuality for a full‑time (40 hours) schedule.

Required skills
