About the role
Join waterdrop® as a Sales Assistant for the Hydrista brand and become the face of an innovative, eco‑friendly hydration company. You will work directly with customers in a store environment, helping them discover sustainable drink solutions while representing the brand’s values.
Key responsibilities
- Provide friendly, high‑energy customer service and exceed expectations at every interaction.
- Identify customer needs, answer product questions, and guide purchases using the 6 Drop Selling Ceremony.
- Capture customer data to build loyalty and maintain the store’s database.
- Resolve complaints promptly, propose solutions, and report to management.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, store cleanliness, and overall housekeeping.
- Handle cash, stock security, and customer records according to company policies.
- Open and close the store as required and ensure health & safety compliance.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and collaborate with colleagues.
