Sales Assistant – Luxury Retail

About the role

Slowear is looking for a passionate Sales Assistant to join its flagship store on King’s Road. You will act as a brand ambassador, delivering personalised service and helping to grow a loyal client base in a premium boutique environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide highly personalised service to create memorable client experiences.
• Develop and manage a personal client book through proactive outreach and CRM activity.
• Contribute to individual and store sales targets with a strong commercial mindset.
• Support visual merchandising and maintain brand‑standard shopfloor presentation.
• Assist with daily store operations, including stock management and overall upkeep.
• Offer ideas and initiatives to improve performance and client experience.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in premium or luxury retail, preferably in a boutique setting.
• Experience with menswear is highly desirable.
• Strong client‑eling skills and proactive approach to CRM.
• Positive, “can‑do” attitude with a practical, hands‑on mindset.
• Commercially driven with a genuine interest in achieving and exceeding targets.
• Eager to grow within the role and the brand.
