About the role
Join Dreams as a Sales Assistant in Manchester White City, helping customers find the perfect bed. You’ll use Sleepmatch technology and product knowledge to turn casual browsing into a confident purchase.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome customers and understand their sleep needs.
- Use Sleepmatch technology and product expertise to recommend the right mattress.
- Provide friendly, expert advice and build trust throughout each visit.
- Maintain a tidy, inviting store environment.
Required profile
- Warm, positive and naturally great with people.
- Confident listener and communicator, motivated to learn and achieve targets.
- Supportive team player who helps make work fun and inclusive.
- Flexible to work 16 hours per week across any day of the 7‑day trading week.
