Key responsibilities

• Team Collaboration – work harmoniously with colleagues, share knowledge, and support training of new and existing team members.
• Operational Excellence – assist daily store operations, process transactions efficiently, maintain a clean and well‑stocked sales floor, and stay informed on product features and promotions.
• Customer Engagement – build strong connections with shoppers, address enquiries promptly, and represent the Mountain Warehouse brand enthusiastically.
• Sales & Performance – contribute to meeting and exceeding sales targets and help identify opportunities for store growth.
