Sales Assistant & Party Host – Retail

About the role

Join Lush as a Sales Assistant & Party Host, the friendly face of our Swansea store. You will create a fun, inclusive shopping experience, showcase products, and host memorable in‑store events that keep customers coming back.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and maintain a welcoming store environment.
• Provide personalized product recommendations, demonstrations and tailored samples.
• Assist in planning and delivering in‑store events and parties.
• Maintain a clean, tidy and visually appealing shop floor, including stock management and seasonal displays.
• Support sales targets by promoting products and encouraging repeat visits.

Required profile

• Availability for 4‑12 hours per week, including at least two full days and one full weekend day.
• Available on Wednesday evenings for mandatory training.
• Enthusiastic, customer‑focused attitude with a passion for ethical, cruelty‑free cosmetics.
