Sales Assistant – Retail (King's Lynn)

About the role

Join Topps Tiles as a Sales Assistant in King’s Lynn and help customers bring their tile projects to life. You’ll work in a supportive, small team, using a consultative approach to guide shoppers from inspiration to purchase.

Key responsibilities

• Build long‑standing relationships with trade and retail customers through a consultative sales approach.
• Ask the right questions to understand customer needs and confidently recommend the best products.
• Use creativity to inspire customers with colour, style, layout and design ideas.
• Drive sales through expert product knowledge and confident closing techniques.
• Maximise every sales opportunity and contribute to store targets.

Required profile

• Outgoing, friendly and energetic personality.
• Willingness to lift heavy boxes and work on your feet.
• No prior retail or tile experience required – training will be provided.
• Age 20 or over (younger candidates may be considered under specific rates).
