Sales Assistant – Trade Counter (Brimsdown)

About the role

Join the Pipe and Climate Centre team in Brimsdown as a Sales Assistant. You will split your time between a customer‑facing trade counter and supporting the office, helping trade professionals find the right products and solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers on the trade counter, understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
• Handle phone and email enquiries promptly and courteously.
• Provide quotes and email support to the Technical team.
• Work a rotating shift pattern: one week 07:00‑16:00, the next week 08:00‑17:00, Monday‑Friday only.

Required profile

• Previous face‑to‑face customer service experience.
• Experience working at a trade counter or in an office environment.
• Team‑player attitude, eager to learn and support branch operations.
• Positive, enthusiastic approach with a strong work ethic.
