Sales Associate - Equities & Venture Capital

About the role

We are seeking a Sales Associate to support our boutique investment management firm’s Equities and Venture Capital business. The role offers direct exposure to deal origination, relationship building and business growth alongside senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior leaders in sourcing and executing equity and venture capital transactions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with institutional and corporate clients.
• Provide market insights and support sales initiatives across public and private markets.
• Contribute to business development strategies and help scale the investment platform.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in equities sales, capital markets or investment management.
• Demonstrated interest or exposure to venture capital.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong commercial drive.
• Ability to work independently in a lean, high-performance environment.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of equity markets and capital-raising processes.
• Knowledge of venture capital investment dynamics.
