Sales & Client Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a highly organised Sales & Client Coordinator to support our New Homes department in Exeter. The role is central to managing buyer enquiries, coordinating with developers, and ensuring smooth sales progression without conducting viewings.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming buyer enquiries and provide timely information.
• Coordinate updates between developers and the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and update sales pipelines.
• Assist with marketing activities and preparation of sales reports.
• Support the New Homes team in day‑to‑day administrative tasks to keep the department running efficiently.

Required profile

• Previous experience in estate agency, property customer service, or a related property role.
• Outstanding organisational and administrative abilities.
• Strong communication skills and confidence using IT tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Full UK driving licence and flexibility to work one in three Saturdays.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
