Sales Colleague

About the role

Join Currys in Chester as a Sales Colleague and help customers discover how technology can improve their lives. You’ll receive a comprehensive induction and ongoing training, allowing you to confidently recommend and support a wide range of tech products.

Key responsibilities

• Engage customers, ask the right questions and match them with suitable products.
• Deliver memorable customer interactions and promote additional services such as delivery, installation and recycling.
• Contribute to the store’s overall sales performance across multiple departments.
• Support daily store operations by completing operational tasks.
• Work flexibly across opening hours, including weekends.

Required profile

• Approachable, friendly and eager to learn about the latest technology.
• Comfortable meeting personal sales, service and customer‑experience targets.
• Strong team player who can work across all areas of the store.

Required skills

• No specific technical skills are required; full product training will be provided.

What we offer

• Hourly rate of £12.71, rising to £13.01 after probation, plus an average bonus of £0.89 per hour.
