Sales Colleague – Part-time Retail

About the role

Join Currys in Carlisle as a Sales Colleague, working 8‑15 hours per week with flexible scheduling. You’ll receive a two‑to‑three‑day induction to build product knowledge and sales confidence, supporting customers across a range of technology products.

Key responsibilities

• Ask the right questions to match customers with suitable products.
• Make every customer interaction memorable and supportive.
• Offer services such as delivery, installation, recycling, and payment options.
• Contribute to the store’s overall sales performance.
• Work across different departments and product ranges.
• Assist with operational tasks to help run the store smoothly.

• Comfortable achieving personal sales, service, and customer experience targets.
• Strong team player confident working across all store areas.
