About the role

Join Currys as a Sales Colleague in Derby, helping customers discover and enjoy the latest technology. You’ll receive a comprehensive induction and ongoing training, enabling you to confidently advise and support shoppers across a wide range of products.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers, ask the right questions and recommend suitable products.
• Deliver memorable customer interactions and promote additional services such as delivery, installation and recycling.
• Contribute to the store’s overall sales performance and meet personal targets.
• Support store operations by completing various operational tasks.
• Work flexibly across opening hours, including weekends.

Required profile

• Approachable, friendly and eager to learn about new technology.
• Comfortable achieving sales, service and customer experience targets.
• Strong team player who can work across all store areas.
