Sales Consultant – 18‑hour Fixed‑Term Position

About the role

Join the Adidas Factory Outlet team in London as a part‑time Sales Consultant on an 18‑hour per week fixed‑term contract until January 2027. You will be the first point of contact for customers, representing the brand and helping them discover the right products.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador, engaging customers and delivering the Adidas experience.
• Support merchandise management, including deliveries, stock replenishment and visual presentation.
• Drive sales by applying store KPIs and using tools to interpret performance data.
• Complete all required training modules and apply learning on the shop floor.
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve daily and weekly store targets.

Required profile

• At least one month of experience in sports or fashion retail.
• Ability to interpret store KPIs and use them to influence sales.
• Strong customer service and sales orientation.
• Team‑player mindset, resilience and eagerness to learn.
• Fluent communication skills in English.

• Knowledge of store KPI analysis and related tools.
