Sales Consultant – Bath Lifestyle Store

About the role

Join Molton Brown’s Bath lifestyle store as a Sales Consultant, working 17.5 hours per week. You will be the face of the brand, guiding customers through our range of fragrances, body care and home scenting products.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalised advice to customers, helping them discover the perfect products.
• Support the store’s commercial and operational goals and achieve sales targets.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge and ensure visual standards are met.
• Deliver an exceptional, consistent customer experience on every visit.

Required profile

• Reliable and punctual, with a genuine passion for customer service.
• Team‑player who can support colleagues and store objectives.
• Available to work part‑time (17.5 hrs/week) in an onsite retail environment.

Required skills
