Sales Consultant – Financial Services (Camberley)

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Consultant to join a respected financial services provider in Camberley. Working from our office, you will engage prospective clients, uncover their financial planning needs and arrange qualified appointments with specialist advisers.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls and build rapport with potential clients.
• Conduct fact‑finding to understand homeownership, mortgage status, family circumstances and protection arrangements.
• Book appointments with mortgage advisers, protection advisers, will writers and wealth managers.
• Maintain accurate client records and activity logs in the CRM system.
• Generate referrals, attend optional networking events and follow up on company‑generated enquiries.

Required profile

• Confident communicator with a strong telephone manner.
• Good listener who can quickly grasp client situations.
• Self‑motivated, organised and able to manage a busy pipeline.

Required skills

What we offer

• £26,000 basic salary plus uncapped commission.
• On‑target earnings (OTE) around £40,000 per year.
• Full‑time, office‑based role in Camberley, South East England.
