Sales Consultant – Home Improvement

About the role

Join one of the South Coast’s fastest‑growing home‑improvement companies as a Sales Consultant. You will work with pre‑qualified leads, visiting customers’ homes to assess their needs and provide tailored quotations for high‑quality windows, doors, conservatories and related products.

Key responsibilities

• Attend warm, pre‑booked appointments at customers’ residences.
• Conduct home assessments and prepare accurate quotations.
• Recommend suitable products that meet customers’ requirements and budget.
• Travel between appointments using your own vehicle.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience and close sales.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and professional appearance.
• Strong desire to succeed in a sales environment.
• Full UK driving licence with access to a personal vehicle (essential).

• Full UK driving licence and reliable transport.

What we offer

• Salary £40,000–£66,000 OTE with uncapped commission (up to 25% per sale).
