Sales Consultant

About the role

Arnold Clark is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Consultant to join its Vauxhall branch in Manchester. As a Product Consultant you will guide customers through the car‑buying journey, providing a friendly, personalised experience from first contact to after‑sales support.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their needs.
• Deliver a 5‑star service experience, going the extra mile for every visitor.
• Build and maintain lasting relationships throughout the sales process.
• Present finance, servicing and other sales packages with integrity.
• Coordinate vehicle orders and deliveries to ensure smooth execution.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and uphold customer experience standards.
• Collaborate with the team to meet deadlines and uphold promises.
• Maintain post‑sale contact to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Required skills

What we offer

• Base salary £25,500 (or £23,500 with company car) plus uncapped commission.
• On‑target earnings of £40,000‑£45,000 per year.
