About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Consultant to join our growing team in Marlow. The role is centred on consultative selling and client acquisition, offering you the chance to shape your own earnings while developing a valuable skill set in recruitment and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients across Marlow, Wycombe and Maidenhead.
• Conduct consultative conversations to understand client needs and match them with suitable candidates.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and pipeline activity.
• Collaborate with the wider team to share best practices and support collective targets.
