Sales Consultant

About the role

Join a specialist professional training business as a Training Sales Consultant, combining proactive business development with a consultative approach to sell expert‑witness training solutions to individuals and organisations across the NHS, emergency services, public sector and private companies.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new customers, understand their training needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Manage the sales cycle from lead generation through to closing deals ranging from £2,000 to £20,000.
• Develop long‑term relationships, upsell and cross‑sell additional training programmes.
• Hand over successful accounts to the customer‑success team ensuring a seamless client experience.

Required profile

• Early‑career B2B sales professional, currently in a Sales Executive, Business Development, Recruitment or Account Executive role.
• Experience selling professional services, training, education, recruitment, accreditation, legal or compliance solutions (sector knowledge can be learned).
• Articulate, commercially curious and confident engaging senior decision‑makers.
• Proactive, organised and customer‑focused with a strong drive to generate and close new opportunities.

What we offer

• Base salary of £32,130 per year plus £10,000‑£15,000 commission potential.
• Hybrid working model with 1‑2 days per week in a central London office (Thursday minimum onsite).
