Sales Consultant

About the role

As a Sales Consultant you will use your product knowledge and natural ability to engage customers, advising them on sleep wellness and helping them choose the right sleep products. Full training and support are provided, and you will be expected to keep the store tidy and presentable while delivering excellent service during peak hours, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

Key responsibilities

• Advise customers on sleep products using the company’s sleepPRO technology.
• Maintain a clean, fresh store environment and ensure visual standards are met.
• Work flexible hours, covering evenings, weekends and bank holidays to match customer demand.
• Drive sales and meet targets, benefiting from an uncapped commission structure.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve store performance goals.

Required profile

• Passionate about delivering great customer service and achieving sales targets.
• Previous experience in a customer‑facing role with strong communication skills.
• Resilient, resourceful and able to adapt approach to meet individual customer needs.
• Positive, “can‑do” attitude and willingness to try new ideas to help the store succeed.
