Sales Consultant – Lead Generation (B2B)

About the role

This full‑time position is based in Cheltenham and focuses on generating new B2B opportunities for a fast‑growing energy and utilities specialist. You will work closely with the sales team to build a high‑quality pipeline and support revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls and targeted prospecting.
• Engage and qualify decision‑makers across B2B markets using phone, LinkedIn and research tools.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline of qualified leads.
• Collaborate with the wider sales team to convert leads into revenue.

Required profile

• Experience in B2B sales, business development, telesales or lead generation (ideally 1+ year).
• Confident communicator with a strong telephone manner and excellent follow‑up skills.
• Self‑motivated, resilient, target‑driven and eager to maximise earnings.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and outbound sales activity is advantageous.
