Sales Consultant – Leased & Tenanted Pubs (Homebased)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Consultant to join our On‑Trade Leased & Tenanted Pub team. Working from home with regular travel, you will drive new business and nurture key accounts across the South East.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business within leased and tenanted pubs while meeting minimum spend criteria.
• Retain and grow existing key customers.
• Collaborate with telephone account managers to manage leads.
• Work with external Pub Co area managers to uncover new opportunities.
• Identify innovations to strengthen our position as the UK’s #1 foodservice wholesaler.
• Implement strategic territory plans set by your line manager.

Required profile

• Passion for pub food and a customer‑first mindset.
• Personable, driven, well‑organised and resilient.
• Proven experience managing face‑to‑face or telephone customer relationships.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement and account growth.

Required skills

• Proficient use of Microsoft Excel.
• Proficient use of Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Experience with Salesforce (advantageous).
