Sales Consultant – Property Sales

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and results‑driven Sales Consultant to join Gibbs Gillespie in Stanmore. The role focuses on generating and converting property sales opportunities while building strong relationships with clients across London, Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and nurture new sales leads for residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct property viewings, negotiate offers and guide clients through the sales process.
• Maintain and develop long‑term relationships with buyers and sellers.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall performance of the office.
• Prepare and manage sales documentation in accordance with company standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in property sales or a similar commercial role.
• Confident, self‑motivated and able to work independently.
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.
• Availability to work Monday‑Thursday 9 am‑6 pm, Friday 9 am‑5:30 pm and one Saturday in two (10 am‑3 pm).
