Sales Consultant – Property Sales

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and register new applicants.
• Book and conduct property viewings, acting as the main point of contact between buyer and vendor.
• Advertise properties and prepare accurate property details.
• Manage the sale from viewing through to completion, delivering exceptional customer service.
• Achieve personal and branch sales targets while representing the company professionally.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales and customer service within the property sector.
• Strong telephone manner, positive attitude and tenacity.
• Self‑starter with the drive to succeed and ability to build trusted relationships.
• Responsive to change and adaptable.
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.
