Sales Consultant – Removals & Relocation

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Consultant to join a leading removals business in West Sussex. The role combines field work and office‑based activities, focusing on generating new business, preparing accurate quotations and supporting smooth move deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct customer surveys via phone, video, self‑survey and in‑person visits.
• Prepare detailed quotations and costings aligned with customer needs.
• Identify pricing expectations, conversion opportunities and upsell insurance or added services.
• Manage enquiries, quotes and follow‑ups through the CRM system.
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless move execution.
• Meet and exceed KPIs related to conversion rates and revenue targets.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience, preferably in removals, relocations, kitchen design, flooring or a similar sector.
• Strong negotiation and influencing abilities.
• Commercial mindset with a focus on relationship building.
• Well‑organised with high attention to detail.
• Comfortable working both in the office and on site.

Required skills

• Experience using a CRM system for managing leads and quotations.
