Sales Controlling & Planning Associate

About the role

The Sales Controlling & Planning Associate supports the regional sales controlling and planning team for Bosch Cross Domain Computing Solutions in North America. You will maintain data quality, assist with reporting key sales metrics, and help with daily operational tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Track sales KPIs such as acquisition tracking progress, special revenue, and price changes.
• Support current forecast and sales/business planning processes by keeping data up‑to‑date in relevant systems.
• Perform regular sanity and quality checks in Salesforce and other tools to ensure data integrity for Global Customer Teams.
• Review special revenues, manage invoice allocation, and assist with tier‑OEM mapping checks.
• Use ACROSS and part number referencing reports to help customer teams with price checks and technical reference validation.
• Serve as a support contact for local customer teams regarding standard sales processes and tools.
• Assist in reviewing accounts receivable status in collaboration with Sales Controlling, Commercial Coordination, and Global Services teams.
• Provide feedback to the Master Data Organization on product or customer hierarchy errors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with a detail‑oriented approach.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
