Sales Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join the UK team of the world’s largest removals and storage company. You will turn website‑generated service quotes into confirmed sales by contacting customers over the phone and guiding them through the purchase process.

Key responsibilities

• Receive inbound service quotes from the company’s website.
• Contact each prospect promptly, present the removal/storage solution and answer queries.
• Build rapport quickly and close sales in a consultative, warm‑lead environment.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, outcomes and customer information.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.

Required profile

• Proven outbound or phone‑based sales experience.
• Tenacious, results‑driven attitude with the ability to build relationships fast.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, target‑focused environment.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
