Sales Coordinator

About the role

Juice Recruitment is supporting a well‑established national organisation in its search for a proactive and highly organised Sales Coordinator. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with customer service or account coordination experience who enjoy building strong client relationships in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries and deliver a high standard of service.
• Prepare quotations, pricing information and supporting documentation.
• Process customer orders and ensure details are recorded accurately.
• Maintain customer records and update internal systems.
• Coordinate communication between customers, sales teams and operational departments.
• Monitor outstanding quotations and follow up on potential opportunities.
• Support the management of key customer accounts.
• Follow up leads passed through from the technician.
• Produce sales reports, trackers and account information.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a customer support position.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A confident and professional telephone manner.
• Good attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Proactive and commercially aware approach.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
