About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Coordinator to join our specialist masonry business in Reading. You will support a busy sales team delivering high‑quality bespoke stone countertops to residential clients, helping to maintain our reputation for sleek design and excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare quotations, proposals and sales reports for a diverse client base.
• Manage office correspondence and support the sales manager with daily duties.
• Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.
• Respond to customer enquiries promptly and accurately.

Required profile

• Proficient in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Previous experience in sales or administration.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
