Sales Coordinator - Sustainable Fabrics and Textiles

About the role

We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to support a fast‑growing sustainable textiles business in London. The role will help drive sales, manage client communications and assist the sales team in delivering high‑quality, eco‑friendly fabric collections to the interior design, furniture and hospitality sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, keeping them informed of order progress and delivery.
• Support the sales team with product queries, prepare quotations and pass on new leads.
• Liaise with the warehouse to monitor stock levels and conduct stock takes.
• Resolve after‑sales queries promptly and escalate when necessary.
• Develop sales leads and assist with marketing activities, including trade fairs and social media output.
• Provide administrative support to the director as required.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar sales support or coordination role, preferably within the interiors or fabric industry (not essential).
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Ambitious and eager to contribute to business growth.

Required skills

• Proficient use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

What we offer

• Full‑time permanent position, Monday‑Friday 9:00‑17:30.
• Base salary of £30,000 per year plus a performance‑based bonus of approximately £2,000.
