Sales & Customer Service Administrator (On-site)

About the role

The Sales and Customer Service Administrator will work on‑site at Bartley’s All In Wood in Mandeville, Manchester. This full‑time position supports both wholesale and retail partners by handling enquiries, processing orders and ensuring a smooth, professional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email and in‑person.
• Prepare quotations, issue invoices and maintain accurate sales documentation.
• Coordinate order status with the production team and update clients on progress.
• Monitor inventory levels for high‑volume items and flag re‑stock needs.
• Assist in generating basic sales reports and support marketing activities for wooden souvenirs and furniture.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
• Attention to detail with solid record‑keeping and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with workshop staff in a small, craft‑focused environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further business education is a plus.
• Prior experience in sales, retail or customer service is desirable.
