Sales & Customer Service Advisor

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales & Customer Service Advisor to join our growing operations team in Middlesbrough. This full‑time, permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to combine sales expertise with outstanding customer support in a fast‑moving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls to support sales and service activities.
• Build and maintain strong, long‑term client relationships.
• Advise customers on technical products and services.
• Prepare, issue, and proactively follow up on sales and service quotations.
• Provide administrative support to sales and service functions.
• Liaise internally to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records on CRM and internal systems.
• Support marketing campaigns and lead follow‑up activities.

Required profile

• A passion for relationship‑building and delivering excellent customer service.
• Confidence and enthusiasm when using the phone.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• A proactive, target‑driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed KPIs.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a busy office.
• Willingness to learn new products and services.
