Sales Designer – Luxury Kitchens (London)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Designer with a strong background in kitchen design to join a leading family‑run business in London. You will design, sell and project‑manage bespoke luxury kitchens, receiving full on‑the‑job training and clear pathways for progression.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with 4‑6 clients daily to understand their requirements, budget and style preferences.
• Create customised kitchen designs using virtual design tools.
• Present designs to clients, negotiate pricing and close sales.
• Manage each project from initial concept through installation, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to coordinate design, production and installation.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in kitchen sales or design.
• Strong communication and client‑facing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a close‑knit team.
• Based in London or willing to commute.

• Experience with kitchen design concepts and specifications.

• Competitive base salary £28,000‑£32,000 per year.
