Sales Development Representative – EMEA

About the role

Campfire is looking for a driven, high‑energy Sales Development Representative to join its fast‑growing team. This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of direct SDR experience who thrives in a fast‑paced, ambiguous startup environment and seeks a clear path to become an Account Executive.

Key responsibilities

• Generate qualified pipeline through high‑volume outbound prospecting (email, cold calls, social) to finance and operations leaders.
• Identify and engage decision‑makers and key stakeholders at target accounts.
• Run intro and discovery calls to understand prospect pain points and evaluate fit.
• Respond quickly to inbound interest, qualify meetings, and hand them off to Account Executives.
• Maintain clean, detailed activity and pipeline records in HubSpot and/or Apollo.
• Partner with Account Executives on messaging, prospect strategy, and smooth lead handoffs.
• Continuously refine outbound messaging, targeting, and campaigns as the team scales.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of direct SDR experience in B2B SaaS, preferably selling ERP, finance, or operations software.
• Strong experience generating and qualifying pipeline through outbound prospecting.
• Hungry, coachable, and thrives in ambiguity; takes initiative and figures things out.
• Confident communicator – written, verbal, and over video.
• Organized, self‑motivated with strong follow‑through.
