Sales Development Representative – Express Distribution

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join an innovative Express Distribution company in Warrington. The role is hybrid, with three days in the office and two days remote, and offers a base salary of £33,000 plus OTE up to £40,000 and benefits. You will work closely with the New Business Sales team to generate qualified prospect data and book appointments.

Key responsibilities

• Meet agreed KPIs by delivering qualified prospect data to the sales team.
• Design, execute and monitor prospecting campaigns in line with business needs.
• Contact prospect companies by phone and email to validate information and schedule new‑business appointments.
• Handle inbound sales enquiries, vet them and book appointments.
• Use the company CRM and data‑mining tools to build targeted lists and track campaign performance.

Required profile

• Experience in the e‑commerce or parcel‑delivery sector.
• Strong communication skills and business awareness.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self‑organised, motivated and open to learning.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
