Sales Development Representative – French Speaking (Belgium Market)

About the role

Join a fast‑moving team in Manchester as a Sales Development Representative focused on the Belgium market. You will engage French‑speaking restaurant owners, introduce them to the Deliveroo platform and help grow their businesses. No prior sales experience is required – enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are key.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound enquiries and generate outbound leads via phone and email.
• Build and maintain relationships with restaurant owners and managers.
• Explain the benefits of the Deliveroo platform and guide prospects through the onboarding process.
• Manage a sales pipeline, set daily action plans and meet monthly targets.
• Collaborate with Activation Teams to ensure smooth contract signing, photoshoots and tablet installations.
• Complete administrative tasks such as contract handling and documentation with accuracy.

Required profile

• Fluency in French (spoken and written) and strong English communication skills.
• Comfortable spending several hours each day on phone calls with prospects.
• Excellent organisational abilities to track leads, manage a pipeline and handle paperwork.
• Customer‑first mindset with a drive to achieve sales targets.
